Q- What is the tentative schedule of completion of the whole scheme?

A- It will take 3-4 years, the development work has been started.

Q- What documents will be issued on deposition of down payment?

A- You will be given a official provisional allotment letter and official receipt of your down payment.

Q- How will I know that which plot have been allotted? When will you allot me plot number?

A- Plot Numbers & Corner Plots will allotted through belting for all members who have reserved the plots on first installment time and RP will give your plot no & street no. allotted to you, you will get the possession of your plot on clearance of all cost of land and development charges.

Q- If I pay lump sum of cost of plot, what is the discount?

A- 10 % Less on cost of land.

Q- Please tell me about the allotment of corner plots?

A- For allotment of corner plots only those applications will be considered, who agree to pay extra 10% of the total cost (Including development charges). Such applicants shall pay 10% extra cost with the application and there after balance amount proportionately with every payment. In case of non availability of corner plots, the amount of extra cost paid by the applicant shall be refunded.

Q- Can I chose my Plot No.? since it is not a corner plot.

A- We can not allot every member with their own choice since most of the applicants asking for the same, so there will be belting for the allotments of plot numbers for members once the booking is closed or may be at 1st installment time.

Q- When will you hand over me the plot? In the terms it is written that the plot will be handed over when the whole scheme is developed and that CDA issue completion certificate?

A- As we are committed to develop E-16 within 3 Years (Insh-Allah)
