R.P. Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. is a private limited company developing a housing society in Islamabad in E-16 (Zone-2).RP Housing Scheme is one of the few housing societies that have been granted an NOC from the Capital Development Authority (CDA).

Sambara Builder & Developers has taken over R.P. Corporation Pvt. Ltd. in May 2007.

The company will be responsible to provide the following amenities in the R.P. Housing Scheme: Water, Gas, Roads, Sewers and Drains, Electricity and Telephone lines. In addition space will be available for amenities like a School, Mosque, Dispensary, Hospital, Community Centre, Post Office etc. Sambara Builders and Developers will keenly watch that the work is being executed as per the approved plan.
